The steel manufacturing Techniques were introduced from China about the 5th century, and further developed in Japan in the middle ages. The BUTOH series ( meaning of "Samurai sword" ) offer sharpness and durability by using the steel material of Hitachi Metals established by the same manufacturing method as the Japanese Samurai sword.
